Some urban legends are best left untested! Yuuto Suoh gets more than he bargained for when he joins his childhood friend Mitsuki Shimoya in testing out an urban legend. When he uses his phone to take a picture of himself with the local shrine's divine mirror, he is whisked off into another world – one heavily steeped in the lore of the old Norse myths. Using his knowledge gained from school and from his solar-powered smartphone, he has the chance to bring the Wolf Clan, the same people who cared for him, to prominence, all while earning the adoration of a group of magic-wielding warrior maidens known as the Einherjar.
Natürlich ein weiteres mal in der Form einer Adaption einer Light Novel. Es gibt viele durchaus brauchbare Isekai Novels, Hyakuren no Haou to Seiyaku no Valkyria bzw. The Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar gehört definitiv nicht dazu. Die erste Folge des Anime spiegelt dies auch noch einmal wunderbar wieder. Grottiges CGI in den Kämpfen, eine bekloppte Story und fehlende Hintergrundinformationen. Nicht einmal die Darstellung der Soldaten passt zum nordischen Setting. Alles schön zusammengewürfelt zu einer schlechten Werbung für eine nicht einmal durchschnittliche Light Novel. Selbst das aktuell laufende Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu stellt einen besseren Isekai-Anime dar und dies hat schon was zu bedeuten. Den besten Gefallen, den man sich hier selbst tun kann, ist es einfach die Serie zu ignorieren.
